22-Year-Old Dies Of Injuries In Industrial Accident

HIBBING, Minn. (AP) — A man critically injured in an industrial accident in Hibbing last week has died.

Twenty-two-year-old Patrick Ryan had been pinned by a piece of heavy machinery at Cast Corp. May 26th. First responders revived Ryan and rushed him to Essential Health-St. Mary's Hospital in Duluth where he died on Wednesday.

His obituary says Ryan is survived by a twin brother, Michael, as well as his parents. A funeral is set for Saturday at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Hibbing.
