A St. Louis Park man has been charged by the Hennepin County Attorney's Office with five felony counts of filing false or fraudulent individual income tax returns, S corporation returns, as well as failing to pay or collect sales tax.
The judge in the George Floyd case has dropped one of the murder charges for former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin, who continues to face a more serious murder charge, along with a manslaughter charge. The charges for the other three officers in the case also stand.
Rick Duncan retired in April 2018, citing health reasons. The county began investigating claims after a female employee came forward with the allegations against Duncan.
