A high-speed chase involving an armed robbery suspect and police resulted in a crash which seriously injured a father and his infant son in Monticello Monday night. Investigators believe the man who caused the crash had also been drinking.

Police are trying to figure out if wedding crashers who swiped a gift box on Sunday have struck again. Police say an uninvited couple walked in to a wedding reception at Edinburgh Golf Club in Brooklyn Park. Security cameras rolled as the man walked out with a box filled with the couple's gift cards and cash. The same thing happened 13 miles away on Saturday at Majestic Oaks Golf Club in Ham Lake.
A high speed chase involving am armed robbery suspect and police results in a crash which seriously injures a father and his infant son in Wright County Monday night. According to Minnesota State Patrol Lt. Paul VanVoohris, the chase began after a robbery at Tootsies Tavern in Big Lake at approximately 5:40 p.m. The suspect, 47-year-old Kevin Greene, fled the tavern in an 1999 Chevy Suburban and crashed into a 2002 Honda Accord with two passengers shortly afterwards in Monticello at Riverview Drive and East Broadway Street.

Among the 32 who died were Barb and Jerry Heil, who lived in White Bear Lake. Under the plea deal, the five employees were sentenced to prison time, but only two will likely serve time.
