Police in Roseville have identified the victim following a car chase that ended with the driver drowning in a lake in Arden Hills over the weekend. The incident started at about 9:30 p.m. Saturday on Cleveland Avenue in Roseville. The driver crashed three miles away.
A Cokato man has been sentenced for drunkenly causing a car crash that killed three generations of a family last year in Kandiyohi County. Paul Wickenhauser will serve 67 months in prison – about 5 1/2 years – after pleading guilty to three counts of criminal vehicular homicide.
School is not back in session yet, but custodians had to be called in over the weekend to clean up a school in Edina after being hit by vandals. Police said sometime overnight on Sunday, someone spray painted messages on the side of South View Middle School in Edina.

St. Paul Police say they've arrested two people in connection with the shooting death of a Minnesota National Guard sergeant earlier this week. According to the St. Paul Police Department's Twitter account, 24-year-old Heather Schwarz, of St. Paul, and 25-year-old Aaron Allen, of South St. Paul, have been arrested, and authorities aren't seeking any other suspects. Charges are expected on Monday.
The FBI is asking for the public's help in locating the suspect from a Friday robbery of the American National Bank. According to authorities, an elderly man displayed a handgun around 5 p.m. at the bank on the 3200 block of Division Street West, demanded money and left with an undisclosed amount.

A woman had fallen from a moving vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.
