A man says he will plead guilty to assaulting a Bureau of Indian Affairs officer on the Fort Berthold Reservation. Benedict Frank Heart Sr., of New Town, is charged in federal court with assaulting and resisting a federal officer. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.
