Two children dead, two in critical condition after barge collides with sailboat near Miami Beach

Two children were killed and two others remain in critical condition after a barge collided with a small sailboat carrying a group of summer campers near Miami Beach on Biscayne Bay late Monday morning, according to the U.S. Coast Guard.
