South Beach Wine & Food Festival benefits FIU's Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management
Dr. Michael Cheng, dean at the FIU Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management, said the festival has raised more than $37 million for the school for student scholarships.
