Sean Penn skips Oscars to meet Ukraine’s Zelenskyy, wins 3rd Academy Award
Sean Penn missed the Oscars to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who called him “a true friend of Ukraine.” Penn still won his third Oscar, taking home Best Supporting Actor for his role in "One Battle After Another."
