Plane bringing relief supplies to Jamaica that crashed in Coral Springs wasn’t weighed, report says

A plane that was headed to Jamaica to bring relief supplies in the wake of Hurricane Melissa and crashed in Coral Springs wasn’t properly weighed and the supplies weren’t properly secured, according to a report from the National Transportation Safety Board.
