Pinecrest woman accused of snatching child’s phone in viral confrontation

Police say 61-year-old Silvia Perez confronted a group of kids riding bikes on a Pinecrest street, scolded them, and snatched one of their phones, an encounter caught on video that led to robbery and battery charges.
