Penalty phase in second murder case of Anthawn Ragan to begin Monday
On Monday, Anthawn Ragan is expected to appear in court for the start of the penalty phase of his second murder case. He will learn whether he will receive the death penalty or another life sentence for the killing of a 10-year-old during a robbery at a nail salon near North Miami in 2013.
