New law limiting long-term anchoring in large Florida counties helping to clean up Biscayne Bay

A new law is clearing the waterways in Miami Beach, and in some Florida counties boats can only anchor for about a month every six months. It’s meant to get rid of boats that have been sitting in the same spot in the water for a long period of time. As CBS News Miami’s Steve Maugeri shows us, the new rule seems to be working.
