Miramar celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month at Latin nights dinner awards ceremony

In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, the city's Vice Mayor Alexandra Davis hosted a Latin nights dinner and awards ceremony at the Miramar Cultural Center.
