Miami-Dade Police officer honored for arresting horse slaughter suspect

On Tuesday, Miami-Dade Police Sgt. Frank Farinas was honored for his work in bringing a person into custody for allegedly stealing and slaughtering horses in the Okeechobee and Redland area.
