Miami-Dade mayor says Freddy Ramirez is "a very strong man..who will pull through"

Miami-Dade Mayor Daniella Levine Cava provided an update Thursday on Miami-Dade Police Director Freddy Ramirez who is recovering in a Tampa hospital after reportedly trying to take his life by shooting himself in the head last Sunday night.
