Graffiti on Vitas building to be covered by screens, Miami City Commission says

Commissioner Joe Carollo calls the building an "eyesore" and wants it painted before New Year's Eve. Meanwhile, Commissioner Damian Pardo said there is a plan already in place to cover up the building.
