Florida state legislators hear testimony on how the mentally illed are cared for in prison and jail
This week in Tallahassee, state legislators heard testimony on how the mentally ill are cared for when they're in jail or prison. These hearings were held following Jim DeFede's documentary "Warehoused: The Life and Death of Tristin Murphy" on CBS News Miami. Murphy's mother testified at one of these hearings.
