Florida Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick to appear in federal court after indictment

Florida Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick is expected to appear before a federal judge on Tuesday after she was indicted last week and accused of stealing millions in FEMA overpayments.
