FIU leadership approves Florida Lt. Gov. Jeanette Nunez as new interim president

The Florida International University Board of Trustees voted Friday to approve Florida Lt. Gov. Jeanette Nunez as interim president, a decision that will require Gov. Ron DeSantis to appoint a new lieutenant governor.
