Fight over Trump presidential library in Miami to play out in county courtroom

The fight over the Trump presidential library in downtown Miami will be playing out in a county court. A former Florida International University professor is suing the Miami Dade College Board of Trustees, claiming the board violated Florida’s Sunshine Law because of a lack of public discussion and transparency over the proposal.
