Brown University shooting suspect was seen in Miami-Dade neighborhood recently, resident says

Many residents in the Northeast Miami-Dade neighborhood that investigators say is tied to the Brown University shooting suspect say they don’t recognize him, but one man who lives in the home across the street says he’s sure he saw the suspect in the area about a month ago.
