Anglers on Pensacola Beach reeled in a rare 12‑ to 13‑foot great white shark weighing roughly 1,000 pounds, stunning even veteran shark fishermen. It’s the fourth great white caught from beaches in Alabama and Florida in the past four years. The group spent about an hour bringing it in, snapped photos, and released it back into the Gulf.
