Would Be Burglars Break Through Store's Wall
WEST MIAMI-DADE (CBSMiami) – Would be burglars left empty-handed after they broke into a southwest Miami-Dade audio store.
After getting into a vacant store next to Unique Audio at 14254 SW 8th Street, they broke through a wall and entered the audio store through the bathroom. But when they opened the bathroom door, they set off an alarm.
They left in a hurry before police arrived. The store manager said nothing was taken.
This was the second time in the last year and half that the store was broken in to. The last time crooks got away with about $15,000 in merchandise.
