Two Teens Injured In Miami Gardens Water Bike Crash
MIAMI GARDENS (CBSMiami) – A north Miami-Dade teen was taken to the hospital after a personal watercraft crash in Miami Gardens.
Jordan Rodriguez, 18, was tooling along in a waterway known as Snake Creek when he lost control and hit a concrete pillar in the area of NW 199th Street and 2nd Avenue. Rodriguez and his 14-year old passenger were both thrown from the water bike.
Rodriguez was rushed to Jackson Memorial Hospital with what were called 'non-life threatening' injuries. The 14-year old was treated at the scene and released.
