Two-Car Accident Shuts Down Southbound Turnpike

HOLLYWOOD (CBS4) - The rush hour commute came to a screeching halt in Hollywood Thursday afternoon due to a violent two car collision.

Florida Highway Patrol deputies arrived on scene on the southbound lanes of Florida's Turnpike at Hollywood Boulevard just before 5 p.m.

FHP says the lanes will be shut down until the truck can be removed.
