Tourette syndrome causes involuntary movements and speech.

Scott Plutt, who has the disorder, and his identical twin brother, Michael, are among some of the best tennis players in the country in their age group.

Scott said it is important for people to understand the challenges faced by Tourette sufferers.

"That it's okay to have Tourette's, and it's okay to be different," he said. "It's fine, it's fine."
