Sunrise police believe the stolen trailer was taken to Miami-Dade where it was stripped and then brought back to Broward. It was found in Lauderdale Lakes.

"This trailer was fully stocked with our equipment, chaffin dishes, cutlery, cutting boards, mixing bowls, pots, pans, whatever. It was completely full and now it's not here any more," said Zevuloni checking out the inside of the trailer.

Two men, 47-year old Charles Lomax and 38-year old Dean Merisier, were arrested in connection to the theft.

Zevuloni said when the crooks stripped off the decals covering the outside of the trailer, they had to look at the faces of chilren battling for their lives.

"As they were peeling off the stickers that had children's faces smiling at the worst time of their life, these have to be the lowest form of human garbage that is out there," said Zevuloni.

Zevuloni said he's thrilled that police were able to arrest those responsible and is even more grateful that they will once again be bring some happiness to brave children facing a challenging future.
