SunPass Customer Service Closed For The Weekend

BOCA RATON (CBS4) – If you need to do business with SunPass this weekend, you're out of luck. Customer service for SunPass, the state's electronic tolling system, will be closed for the weekend.

Customer service features such as: the customer service counters, the website www.sunpass.com, SunPass Mobile, TOLL-BY-PLATE Payment Processing, all Airport Parking, Money Services, and 1-888-865-5352 will all be unavailable this weekend beginning Friday, July 22 at 5 p.m. through Sunday, July 24 at 5 p.m.

"The temporary shutdown is necessary for implementation of system upgrades," according to a news release, which also states "the upgrades will enhance and provide more efficient services."

Once these upgrades are complete Sunday at 5 p.m., customers may once again access their account balance, add funds, update vehicle or credit card information, and view recent toll activity.

All SunPass lanes will remain open.
