PALMETTO BAY (CBS4) -- Bullets rang out Sunday night at a popular Palmetto Bay pizza place.

Store owners report that three men wearing black and all armed with firearms robbed Steve's Pizza at 18063 S. Dixie Highway.

About half a dozen shots were fired as the three men fled their crime, but it is unknown at this time if anyone was hurt.

Miami-Dade Police set up a perimeter to search for the armed men.

This was the second time in less than a week a pizza place has been robbed.

Just last week video caught disturbing images of robbers beating an employee as they hit the store.

That employee had to be treated at a hospital for his injuries.
