Small Plane Crashed During Landing At Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport

MIAMI (CBSMiami) - The pilot of a single-engine Cessna 195 crashed while landing at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport.

It happened around 11 a.m. on one of the runways at the airport.

The FAA said the pilot had one passenger onboard. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue did not report any injuries.

Firefighters used foam to suppress any vapors from a fuel leak.

The plane is registered to Porter Wade of Chico, California.
