Northwestern Hires Former Assistant Max Edwards

Sometimes to go forward, you have to go backward.

Northwestern did take a step forward in 2014 – making the playoffs after missing postseason play the season before.

However, once the program decided to move in a different direction for its head coach – it reached back.

SFHSSports confirmed that Northwestern hired former assistant coach Max Edwards Friday, replacing Eddie "Rabbit" Brown after one season.
