No Settlement For Tom Brady vs. NFL; Ruling Coming
Tom Brady and the NFL did not settle during a final negotiation attempt in court on Monday and a ruling will be made "before Friday," according to Judge Richard Berman.
"We did not reach a settlement. The parties tried quite hard I think," Berman said. "In some case (a settlement) doesn't happen. This is one of those cases."
Of course once a ruling is made, there could be an appeal from either side.
