Mother, Child Injured When Watercraft Collides With Boat Near Bayside

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – A mother and her child were injured when the personal watercraft they were riding on collided with a boat on Sunday.
The accident happened behind Bayside near the Hard Rock Cafe.
Florida Fish and Wildlife said the 30-year old was airlifted Ryder Trauma Center with non-life threatening injuries. The child suffered a laceration.
The boat driver stayed on the scene.
