MDPD Investigating Opa-Locka Shooting Death

OPA-LOCKA (CBSMiami) – Miami-Dade police detectives are investigating a shooting outside an Opa-locka supermarket that claimed the life of a Miami-Dade County employee on Saturday.
Authorities said 36-year-old Freddie London was shot in front of the Power Supermarket, located at 14566 NW 22 Avenue, at approximately 5:30 a.m.
Investigators have detained a 22-year-old man for questioning.
The motive is unknown at this time.
