Man Arrested After Gun Found At Key West Airport
MIAMI (CBSMiami) - A Key West man was arrested Monday after a handgun was found in his luggage at the Key West International Airport.
Andrew Day, 37, was charged with carrying a concealed firearm without a license into the airport.
The loaded 9mm handgun was found in Day's backpack as he was going through the security checkpoint at approximately 5 p.m.
Day admitted to not having a concealed carry permit and added he may have forgotten to remove the handgun from his luggage.
