Man Accused Of Molesting Girl Denied Bond
BROWARD (CBSMiami) - A man accused of molesting a 10 year-old girl pleaded for his release in bond court Friday.
Scott Montgomery, 35, was arrested Thursday for allegedly molesting a little girl while he babysat her when she was younger.
The girl told police that Montgomery sexually abused her when she was six years-old.
On Friday, according to The Sun Sentinel, Montgomery stood before a judge denying the allegations and asking to be released on bond.
Despite his argument, the judge did not allow him to be released.
