SCOUTING: As is so often the case in South Florida, talented football players seem to get overlooked for one reason or another. It's usually a size or a lack of speed thing. But with this young man, this past spring has really opened the eyes of colleges who have been impressed by everything that this football player does. His speed and overall athletic ability will continue to open doors and give the Wildcats yet another offensive threat who not only catches and runs extremely well, but also has shown that if need to play the quarterback position, he can do that as well. This past spring, he really started to prove to colleges who were on campus, looking for bigger prospects, that size is relative when you have football skills and the speed to change the outcome of games. In South Florida, where talent is always on display, you come across many gems. Maxwell is one of those difference makers.
