MIRAMAR (CBSMiami) -- Two people were injured in a crash in Miramar around noon on Thursday.

The crash happened on I-75 near Miramar Parkway.

They were injured in some sort of a spinout crash on the interstate.

Chopper 4 was over the scene where a dark-colored car could be seen damaged by the front and on the median of the interstate - near construction.

Crews said one man was rushed to the hospital as a trauma alert and  a woman was rushed to the hospital by ground.

About one or two lanes could be seen open in the area, causing a major traffic tie-up during the lunchtime rush.
