Hialeah Cops Take Down Phony Car Accident Ring
HIALEAH (CBS4) - The Hialeah Police Organized Fraud Unit has arrested the owners of two clinics and four other people after they reportedly staged auto accidents to collect the insurance money.
Operation Busted Wings focused on a 'staged' which occurred March 15th.

Hialeah police who investigated the so called crash reported damage to the vehicles was not consistent to the evidence on the scene. Investigators were also able to determine that the actual damages had been happened prior to the staged accident taking place.
Investigators said not only did clinic owners Gilberto Trujillo,27, and Yosniel Garcia, 38, pre-plan a number of accidents, they also supervised them from a distance. Trujillo is the owner of GLL Medical Center in Virginia Gardens and Garcia owns the Garcia Medical & Rehabilitation Center in Virginia Gardens.
Also charged in the investigation were 34-year old Fernando Fernandez, 44-year old Jacqueline Sanchez, 53-year old Amparo Montenegro and 21 year old Suhail Abdel-Rahman.
Charges against the six include organizing and participating in a staged accident and filing a false police report
