"Give Miami Day" Raised More Than $14 Million In Donations For Non-Profits
MIAMI (CBSMiami) - Hundreds of organizations raised more than 14-million dollars in the 8th annual "Give Miami Day" fundraiser.
The event broke last year's record thanks to nearly 40-thousand donations. Last year's tally was $11.5 million dollars for hundreds of non-profits.
The event, hosted by the Miami Foundation, is one of the biggest annual giving events in the US.
