Dan Jennings is 8-12 since becoming manager of the Miami Marlins but his club has been hot of late, winning four of their last six.

"He is under more scrutiny than any manager," MLB.com's Joe Frisaro said on the Joe Rose Show, "and the team put him in that spot no question. But, he's getting it from everybody, and he's looking more like a manager. It's to his credit.

"The players are playing hard for him. That's important. They kind of recognize that it looks like he's in it for the long haul."
