MIAMI (TV33) We continue the celebration of Black History month with more music – the music, of The Overtown Rhythm and Arts Festival Fundraiser, benefitting one of South Florida's oldest settlements. Joining the show to share more about how leaders from various South Florida cities are contributing to this project are Stephanie Fernandez of Leadership Miami and acclaimed Spanish singer and songwriter, Laura Cozar who will be performing at the festival.
