MIAMI - The Florida Legislative session is well underway and we are beginning to see the signs of what this session is going to be about: gambling bills, sex predators, and teachers with guns.

CBS4's Jim DeFede discusses what we can expect with state Senator Chris Smith, a Democrat from Broward, and state Representative Erik Fresen, a Republican from Miami-Dade.
