Disney Employee Accused Of Fondling Boy On Ship
MIAMI (CBSMiami) - A Disney cruise line youth host is accused of fondling a young boy aboard a ship.
Oliver Lovatt rejected a plea deal on Friday morning, days before he heads to trial.
The 25-year-old appeared in court, where prosecutors offered to reduce his charge to a misdemeanor battery.
He was originally charged with lewd and lascivious battery on a child under the age of 16.
Lovatt will go to trial.
Jury selection begins Monday.
