DENTON, TEXAS (CBSMiami) -- A college party in Texas nearly ended in tragedy when the floor of an apartment building collapsed.

Cameras caught the moments the floor gave way.

It was reportedly a homecoming celebration at the University of North Texas.

Witnesses said party-goers had been jumping up and down when the floor crumbled.

Luckily, there were only minor injuries.
