MIAMI (CBSMiami) - A young boy tries to hide during an armed robbery of a Miami Metro PCS store and it's all caught on camera.

It happened Saturday at the store at 1450 NW 17th Avenue.

Surveillance video shows an armed robber threatening a clerk while his partner cleaned out a cash registers.

Customers in the store tried to slip past the one with gun but didn't get very far, he herded them against a wall. A young by a phone display sat down under it as if to stay out of the way.

Police said a third person held down another store employee outside during the robbery. The trio took off in a dark four door Chevy Malibu.

Police have not said how much money was taken.
