Broward Caretaker Accused Of Sexually Abusing Infant
LAUDERDALE LAKES (CBS4) - A Lauderdale Lakes caretaker was arrested after she reportedly sexually battered an infant.
According to the Broward Sheriff's Office, 53-year old Beatrice Jean was taking care of the one year old boy in her home in the 27-hundred block of NW 35th Terrace last August when a witness saw her sexually abuse him.
Jean has lived in Broward County for nearly 20 years. During questioning Jean reportedly admitted to the act and was taken into custody. She's been charged with one count of sexual battery on a victim under 12 years of age. She's being held without bail.
