Albert Begins Following Multiple Dolphins Players On Twitter

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – The worst kept secret in the National Football League ahead of the official start of free agency seems to be the Miami Dolphins will address one of the holes on the offensive line by signing left tackle Branden Albert Tuesday evening.

Albert has done little to hide that he's prepared to sign with the Dolphins. Tuesday morning, Albert took to his Twitter feed and followed several current Dolphins players including Lamar Miller, Ryan Tannehill, Brent Grimes, and Louis Delmas.

While he does follow several other non-Dolphins football players, adding that many from one team just before the start of free agency, combined with countless stories linking Albert to the Dolphins make it appear that the Fins have their new left tackle.

Getting Albert under contract will cost the Dolphins a chunk of its $40 million in salary cap space. Monday, reports speculated that Albert's contract will have an average annual value of roughly $10 million per season.

The likely acquisition of Albert will give the Dolphins two young, Pro Bowl-caliber players to build around on the offensive line. The o-line is expected to be the primary focus of the Dolphins in free agency and the NFL Draft this season.
