8 of the quirkier Hillary Clinton emails

Hillary Clinton has conceded recently that her decision to use a private server for her emails while she was secretary was a mistake, saying, "It clearly wasn't the best choice. I should have used two emails, one personal, one for work, and I've taken responsibility for that."

And while she's taken responsibility, it doesn't mean this is the last we'll hear of her email travails. Monday evening's massive email release may have amounted to more pages of email than disclosed in the previous three months combined, but this is still a mere quarter of all of the correspondence Clinton identified as "work emails." The State Department plans to release more emails every 30 days through the end of January, until all of the emails are out in the public.

Here are eight of the quirkier emails from the email release:

TV Guide

Jan. 3, 2010 to aide Monica Hanley:

"Can you give me times for two TV shows? Parks and Recreation and The Good Wife."

Masked "Hillary Clinton"

Subject: Re: Masked 'Hillary Clinton' robs Va. bank

Dec. 30, 2010 to aide Cheryl Mills, lawyer David Kendall

"Should I be flattered? Even a little bit? And, as for my alibi, well, let's just say it depends on the snow and the secret service. So, subject to cross for sure. Do you think there could be copycats? Do you think the guy chose that mask or just picked up the nearest one? Please keep me informed as the case unfolds--"

Gefilte fish

Subject: Gefilte fish

March 5, 2010 to State Department officials Richard Verma and Jacob Sullivan

"Where are we on this?"

"The King's Speech"

Aug. 20, 2010 from Harvey Weinstein to State Department official Capricia Marshall, forwarded to Hillary Clinton

"I have such fond memories of you guys watching SHAKESPEARE IN LOVE. I made another movie you might like about the ascendancy of King George after Edward abdicated, it's called KINGS SPEECH. The movie brings to light something that many people don't know, which is that King George was a stutterer and he hired an actor to try and help him overcome it. It's a fun movie that is much in the tradition of SHAKESPEARE IN LOVE, again I think you would both like it (and Hillary would approve because it's PG-13 with not too many swear words)."

iPad questions

Subject: Re: I-PadQuestions [SIC]

July 24, 2010 to State Department official Philippe Reines (Clinton's alias in this email is "Evergreen")

"I don't know if I have wi-fi. How do I find out?"

Let's hear it for the nuns

Subject: Re: Nuns. Health. Care

March 24, 2010 to Sen. Barbara Mikulski

"Let's hear it for the nuns--I knew when they came out, the die was cast and Bart would get his knuckles rapped. Now, let's wrap this up in the Senate and go drink something unhealthy! All your AIPAC friends told me you're doing well so take care and keep going--w the wind at you back and my fervent cheers--Hillary"

Delete after reading

Subject: Pis don't forward my last email

Jan 30, 2010 to aide Cheryl Mills and USAID chief Rajiv Shah

"Cheryl and Raj--I sent you emails [REDACTED] before removing their email info so pis do not forward to anyone and delete after reading. Thx."

Quoting Huma

Dec. 2, 2010 from State Department official Philip Gordon to Huma Abedin, Jacob Sullivan

(Most of this email is redacted. The following is the only uncensored line).

"To quote Huma, I don't get paid enough."
