LAPD claims deadly crash that killed two people in South LA was not caused by a pursuit

CBSLA's Kandiss Crone reports that the LAPD originally claimed that it was in pursuit of a driver who eventually crashed into two vehicles killing two people. Crone spoke to family of one of the victims.
